Who we are
We develop, build and operate logistics space across the Dutch corridors. One party, from ground to opening.
Land, permits, construction, leasing and management, carried in-house. Our tenants sign with the same firm that poured the floor, and stay because the building keeps its promises.
The portfolio
Eleven parks. Every one of them working.
Amsterdam West
Four halls on the western corridor, fifteen minutes from the port and the airport. Fully let before delivery.
Rotterdam Gate
The largest park in the portfolio, on the deep-sea side of the harbour. Nine tenants, one landlord, zero vacancy since opening.
Brainport Eindhoven
High-bay and cleanroom-ready space for the technology corridor. Steel is up; the first tenant fits out next spring.
The approach
From ground to opening, one party.
Most developments change hands three times before a tenant moves in. Ours never leave the house, which is why they open on the date we said they would.
Develop
Land positions on the corridors that matter, permits carried by our own team, designs that survive contact with the planning committee.
Build
Our own site management, fixed delivery dates, BREEAM Excellent as the floor, not the ceiling. The budget on opening day is the budget from day one.
Operate
We stay the landlord. Maintenance, energy and expansion, answered by the people who built the hall. Our horizon is twenty-five years, not the exit.
